It is so easy to get caught up, isn’t it? We do this on a daily basis and it is not until we stop and think about the situation, as it really is – and perhaps to put thing into perspective before we can recognize that we really have no control over what is happening.
A valuable tool that we can all use on a daily basis is to practice letting go of circumstances that are outside of our control.
Only by doing this and practicing letting go of the situation over and over, will we learn that clinging on to situations and circumstances does nothing but cause our own selves grief and stress.
So today, examine what is happening around you and causing you grief, stress or anxiety; are these things within your control? If not, then perhaps try letting go.
